About
With more than 19 years of experience within the professional services industry, Nikki has a deep understanding of the challenges and nuances of the industry. Having worked in house for a large law firm in South Africa overseeing both Business Development and Marketing functions she has the unique ability to understand the complexities of a law firm but also provide the much needed solutions to allow firms and individuals to grow and prosper.
Having worked with a large number of professionals within Legal, Accounting and Audit environments she has the skill to identify opportunities, craft strategies and cultivate action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Strategic Planning, monitoring and analysis: Nikki is able to provide sound, creative planning and control to maximise long-term growth and profits for clients. Nikki is able to collaborate with individuals or teams to grow their practices.
- Business Development and Relationship Management: An area of special interest for Nikki is to define strategy for and develop, execute and manage comprehensive business development plans to penetrate and grow targeted markets. She work closely with individuals to develop and grow their practices on a 1-on-1 basis, overtime also developing their professional profile.
- Advertising and Public Relations: Nikki can partner with in house marketing to develop an advertising strategy and select appropriate mediums. Controlling public image and presence in media for the Firm by working closely with PR Agency to develop relationships with relevant journalists.
- Building Brand and Corporate Identity: while working inhouse for a major law firm in Africa Nikki was a key member in the Rebranding project team. As custodian of the brand, developing both a national and regional brand strategy and oversaw the implementation thereof.
- Social Media: Nikki can develop, implement and co-ordinate Social Media Strategy for clients both in South Africa, Africa and into Europe. Engaging with key stakeholders and gain buy in and participation from all areas of the firm
- Client Experience management: Assess existing client experience, suggest enhancements and train the necessary staff.
