Jennifer brings a deep appreciation for the work/life demands of lawyering, ingrained through 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles with legal publishers, boutiques, and big law firms. She is well-equipped to coach both new and established attorneys in corporate and consumer practices. As an ICF-certified professional coach, Jennifer strikes a delicate balance of challenge and support to evoke awareness and facilitate growth in high achievers.

As a former sales professional and experienced legal marketer, Jennifer brings real-world perspective and practical insights to participants of her coaching and training sessions. She supports Gladstone programming for all attorney levels – from team leaders and seasoned sellers to aspiring rainmakers and early-career associates – guiding them towards more strategic, enjoyable, and effective business development behaviors.
Between and beyond her legal marketing work, Jennifer volunteers for a charity thrift store, where she plans donation events and social media campaigns. All proceeds support WEAVE, an organization dedicated to serving survivors of domestic violence in Sacramento County. She lives in California’s Sierra Foothills with her two Boxer dogs and her husband, who is a family law attorney.
