Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Assessment is a Marketing Audit and a Strategic Plan hybrid.
The purpose of the GTM Assessment is to verify that the firm has what it needs to execute the Strategic Plan. We use a “people, process, and technology” approach, assessing the firm’s resources and readiness to support “going to market” in an effective and efficient manner.
A GTM Assessment is similar to a marketing audit in some ways, but it is more forward-looking whereas a marketing audit shows where the firm is. We focus on developing a customized strategy toward:1) retaining and growing existing clients; 2) identifying and landing new clients; 3) attracting and retaining the best marketing, business development, and media relations talent; and 4) growing firm revenue.
Our Approach

- Benchmark findings against the firm’s peers, taking into account the firm’s size, geographic footprint, key areas of focus, and key metrics used for monitoring and reporting
